RH - Questions to rework:

In the Read A Citation document, I would like to change from 3 questions about periodicals and include an EBook from GIL and another book format.

In the GIL search the catalog document, I would like to change the way question 1 and the last question read to state they must list the results, not just count them. Even give a 1.2.3.4.5. space to write if we need to.

In the REF document, we talked about creating a storehouse of questions that could be rotated.
For next year I think we should add political questions.
I found information about presidents this week:
Who were the families that had more than one relation elected as president?
Father son: Adams, Bush
Cousins: Roosevelts
It needs to be stated clearly at the top and bottom of this document that Internet sources are not accepted.

It might be better to just add to it. I worry about students taking note of what they are looking at based on the information given no matter the format. The citation assignment, as it stands, isn't really about how a document is accessed, such an e-book or a article via a database, but about recognizing what it is you are looking for when all you have is a citation. I have not problem changing the assignment, but if we are going to go that route then we need to change the purpose of the assignment.

I agree that we need to state in the Ref assignment that you cannot use GIL and the internet is unacceptable. Indeed that is on my list of things to do before next sememster. Meanwhile, I thought the last question of the GIL assignment did ask them to list the schools that had the item?

The guys responded with "4 libraries own it" and did not list. Most female students did list the libraries. I thought we should be more specific about what we are asking for.
